Registration is completed online and opens at 7:00 AM on the Monday before each distribution. The registration forms operate like "ticket" sales, allowing up to 5 food box registrations per driver/pickup person in a single transaction. If the driver or pickup person is also registering for a food box, they must be included in the ticket quantity for the selected pickup time. Please try to select a pickup time that accommodates the quantity needed to avoid multiple pickup times for one driver or pickup person.

If you have any further inquiries about our Pop-up Pantry (PUP) events, feel free to contact our ACCESS Center to speak with a services navigator by calling 585-268-7605, option 2. The ACCESS Center operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm, with a daily lunch break from 12 pm to 12:30 pm.

 Here are the steps to complete the online registration:

1.  Click "Join the Guestlist" when registration is open.

2. Choose from available time slots listed as "ticket types." The available quantity of slots will be displayed in the drop-down menu.

3. After selecting your time slot and quantity, click "Next" to proceed.

4. Enter driver/pickup contact information and household details for each "ticket" or household food box selection.

5. Click "Next" to review the entered details. Ensure all information is accurate.

6. If everything is correct, select "Complete Your Order" to finalize the registration.

7. The email address provided for the driver/pickup person will receive a registration confirmation containing a registration ticket.

8. It is not necessary to bring the ticket; registration check-in will be completed using the driver/pickup person's first and last name.

***To prioritize the safety of our staff, volunteers, and participants, and to facilitate a seamless distribution process, we kindly request that you do not arrive before your designated pickup time. Additionally, adhering to your scheduled pickup time contributes to smoother traffic flow, especially since several of our pantry locations may not have the capacity to accommodate heavy traffic. Your cooperation is appreciated in maintaining an efficient and safe distribution process. ***
