Monetary Donations

 

Your support fuels the Community Action initiatives throughout Allegany County. It empowers us to address family crises, promote stability through education support, and create lasting opportunities and hope.

 

Community donations are vital they enable us to tackle urgent needs, assist families during funding shortfalls, and provide the flexibility essential for authentic community care.

Your contribution helps ACCORD provide:

  • Essential needs such as food, household items, and transportation assistance

  • Emergency help for utility bills, car repairs, or temporary housing costs

  • Clothing, uniforms, and job-related items to support employment

  • Training and educational resources that unlock new

  • Crucial items for families like beds, furniture, diapers, and formula

  • Holiday gifts and seasonal support for children, seniors, and families in need

Other Ways to Give Help

 

There are many ways to make a difference — even beyond a financial donation:

  • Host a Food or Supply Drive for pantry staples, hygiene kits, or seasonal essentials

  • Donate tangible goods such as diapers, formula, furniture, or clothing — items can be dropped off at the ACCESS Center, 84 Schuyler Street in Belmont

  • Shop Our Amazon Wish List and have needed items delivered directly to ACCORD

  • Volunteer your time to support programs, community events, or outreach projects
