About the Fatherhood Connection
The Fatherhood Connection, in partnership with ACCORD, is more than a class — it’s a movement to strengthen fathers, families, and communities.
This 13-week program gives fathers and fathering men the tools, encouragement, and support to grow as parents, partners, and role models. In a safe, supportive environment, men can share experiences, learn from one another, and build the skills needed to be more present in their children’s lives.
Founded in Western New York by Reginald Cox, a pastor and trainer with more than 20 years of experience working with families, the Fatherhood Connection has helped countless men break negative cycles, overcome stigma, and step into their role with confidence. ACCORD is proud to bring the Fatherhood Connection to Allegany County so local fathers and fathering men have the opportunity to connect, grow, and thrive.
