How can I apply for ACCORD services and/or programs?
Call or visit one of our ACCESS Centers (Belmont or Bolivar) to talk with our Services Navigators, who will do a complete intake with you to determine what programs and services you are eligible for, put you in contact with the right person here at ACCORD, and will provide you with referrals to other agencies if appropriate.
How do I know if I am eligible for ACCORD services/programs?
Many of our programs and services are available to everyone no matter what your income is; however there are some that do have income limits which vary by program. The best way to find out if you qualify is to call one of our ACCESS Centers at (585) 268-7605, Extension 1001 or 1401.
I didn’t see weatherization on your website. Do you do this?
No. Cattaraugus Community Action provides weatherization services for both Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties. You can call them at (716) 945-1041 to learn more.
How can I find a place to rent in Allegany County?
We can provide you with a list of landlords that have rental properties throughout the county. This list doesn’t include all of the landlords, but it will give you a good start. Call us at (585) 268-7605, or visit our Belmont ACCESS Center and ask us for the list.
I would like to make a donation to ACCORD. How do I do that?
Donations are graciously accepted at any of our locations. We are unable to accept online or credit/debit card donations at this time. Checks and money orders can be made out to ACCORD and mailed to our Corporate Office at 84 Schuyler Street, P.O. Box 573, Belmont, NY.
